Custom shirts are non-refundable.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, but we can't offer refunds on custom orders. Once your order is placed, we begin the process of creating your order. This includes ordering materials, printing your design, applying the one of a kind bleach effects, and packaging it for shipping.

If you are unhappy with your order, we will offer you a 50% store credit. This credit can be used to purchase any other item in our store.

To request a store credit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need the order number and your reason for requesting a refund.
